Een Koerden aanvoelen zichzelf veelal door hun bondgenoten in een steek gelaten, ook meteen weer. Ze vechten samen betreffende het Westen anti Kan zijn, maar wanneer dit Westen zichzelf terugtrekt, blijven ze in ons verwoest land voor.

Mede onderdrukking slaan Koerden geregeld op een vlucht. Het doen ze overwegend tot andere Koerdische gebieden, maar er kan zijn tevens een omvangrijke band Koerden met ongeveer 5,5 miljoen personen die buiten Koerdisch gebied wonen. Een meeste daarvan wonen in Duitsland.

Dit blijft sindsdien onrustig in de regio. Voor de Koerden in een verschillende landen blijft autonomie voorlopig wat dat ver straat is. Onafhankelijk van elkaar bestaan de Koerdische gewest’s te zwak om zelfstandig te bestaan en een overheersende landen Iran, Irak, Turkije en Syrië laten deze strategische gebied’s niet onverwacht kunnen.
